Most recruiters use either virtual calls or telephone calls as a massive part of their daily process… 📲💻
Speaking to candidates… 👥
Speaking to clients… 🗣️
Speaking to potential clients… 🤝
And the results you get during these calls are largely based on what you say or don’t say… 🗨️
What information you give or don’t give… 💬
And how you respond to questions… ❓
But beyond that… it’s about cadence, tonality, energy, and for video calls even body language and facial expressions… 🎤📹

You can say you’re worth the fee you’re asking for, but what evidence do you have to back that up? ❓💵
You can say the client would be best served working with you exclusively or even paying you a retainer upfront, but what evidence do you have to back that up? ❓🤝
That’s where marketing comes in… 📈✨
Marketing is the evidence that backs up your story… 📢📜
