“Another great article Terry and to use your car analogy further, I would add that before you even begin a journey, make sure you have a map of where you want to go (or a SatNav. these days of course). If you want to arrive at a destination at the other end of the country, and if you don’t use a map, then no matter how well you steer the car or how fast you travel, you are probably not going to get to your chosen location anytime soon! It’s the same for Recruitment business owners; if you don’t have a “road map” to your final destination, the chances are you are probably not going to get there! Thanks for all the recent advice and ongoing support Terry!”

This is spot on!

And something I think the vast majority of Recruitment and Search Business Owners neglect…

But very few actually have a proven plan or ‘map’ to help them get there…

And they’re blindly cruising along with no clear route to their destination…
