‘Delusional Wannabes’ can’t be helped!

Typically, the Recruitment and Search Firm Owners I meet doing what I do fall into two groups…

The first group want to grow a successful Recruitment or Search Business and they know it’s going to take some long days and late nights working their arses off…

Doing the things that others aren’t willing to do and making sacrifices others aren’t willing to make in order to make it happen…

They know it’s going to be hard work… And they come to me to make life easier for them or to speed up the process…

That’s fine and of course I’m always happy to help…

But occasionally I’ll meet what I can only refer to as ‘delusional wannabes’ who come to me in the hope of learning one new super cool ‘ninja’ marketing trick, that’s going to make a millionaire by next Thursday…

These ‘wannabes’ are not prepared to do the work that is required to have a successful business….

They just want success and all that comes with it handed to them on a plate….

No risk, no work… Just reward!

If you fall into the second category, then nothing I have to offer can help you I’m afraid!..
