Growing up I was always taught that hard work is the key to success…
And to get anything you want in life, you have to work harder than everyone else.
So when I first set up my first Recruitment business that’s exactly what I did.
I made more calls than I thought my competitors were making,
I spoke to more people,
I put more hours in,
I worked myself into the ground.
Sacrificing sleep,
Food,
Hobbies,
And even time with my family to build the business.
I was a typical recruiter…
And it sucked!
Don’t get me wrong. I got results.
But what’s the point in having your own business if it means you have LESS time to do the things you enjoy?
I started a business to have MORE freedom… but “Hard Work” left me feeling like a prisoner.
I’m not saying hard work isn’t necessary; I’m not saying some sacrifices have to be made to grow a successful business.
Far from it…
But it can’t be the only answer. Can it?
Thing is, hard work only gets you so far.
There’s always a limit.
No matter how hard you work, there are only a certain number of hours in the day. Even after sacrificing sleep, food, hobbies etc. you will always hit a wall, and you can no longer work any harder.
And if you feel like you’re working yourself into the ground right now, but you’re not seeing as much growth as you would like, you’ve hit that wall already.
And you’re not alone.
Most Recruitment and Search Firm owners that I speak to already work very hard. For a lot of them, simply “working harder” to grow their business to the level they would like isn’t an option, there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.
The only viable option for people like this is to get better results with the time they’ve got…
It about working smarter, not harder…
You need to be optimising your process every single day…
So you can get the same results in less time.
Not doing so takes away any freedom you have…
Whenever you’re ready to grow your Recruitment or Search Business, with less work and fewer headaches… Here are four ways I can help…
