By the end of this week, over 10% of the year will have passed already….
Gone.
Just like that.
So, how are you getting on?
I mean, I’m betting you set some quite ambitious goals at the start of the year…
The number of clients you wanted to win, how much revenue you wanted to generate etc.
So by now, you should have achieved 10% of your final number, right?
Or at the very least have a pipeline that’s going to make up for the shortfall.
If you’re on track… Great, keep doing what you’re doing….
BUT if you’re falling behind (even if it’s just a little)… What are you going to do about it?
Do you have a plan?
Most Recruitment and Search Business Owners will fall slightly short this month and think they’ll have time to make up the shortfall over the remainder of the year…
Then they’ll fall slightly short next month too…
Then it’s Easter and they can’t get hold of any Hiring Managers so fall short that month…
Then the next month the fall slightly short again because of some other reason…
All of a sudden it’s Christmas and they’re WAY off where they wanted to be…
All because they didn’t have a plan…. At least not a proven plan.
I know this because I see the same thing every year…
