How to get a big ball sack like Conor McGregor

On Saturday night I stayed up to watch UFC lightweight title fight between Eddie Alvarez and Conor McGregor…

I’m not particularly a fan of the sport,

I enjoy it when it’s on, but I rarely go out of my way to watch it…

In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever sat down to watch a fight card where Conor McGregor isn’t involved…

When it comes to rules and the technical aspects of the sport itself… I know nothing!

But I LOVE the trash talking that goes on before the fight…

And anyone who’s seen McGregor being interviewed during a pre-fight press conference will know he’s the best at it.

Love him or hate him…

The guy KNOWS how to talk smack!

He’s loud, arrogant, funny, rude, blunt, abrasive and oozing confidence…

It’s easy to see why a lot of people hate him…

But me?… I love all that stuff.

It makes the fight more interesting because the fighters are putting more on the line, they’re more emotionally invested in winning or losing… At least from a spectator’s point of view.

Anyway… During one of the press conferences before Saturdays fight, a reporter asked Conor where he got all his confidence from…

His first response was: “My big ball sack!” (made me chuckle)

But when pressed harder, the REAL answer was… His work ethic!

You see, behind the scenes, before each fight takes place, Conor makes sure he trains harder than any of his competitors!

He hires the best coaches,

Studies his opponents strong and weak points, and then focuses on improving the right areas of his own game…

In other words,

He does background work that guarantees the results he wants!

In his head at least… He’s already won the fight before the bell even rings!

He can’t help but be confident because he’s well prepared!

And the same applies to your Recruitment or Search Business.

In you want to grow your business, increase your revenue and increase your profits, you’ll NEED to have confidence!

You’ll need confidence in your own ability to deliver,

You’ll need the confidence to raise your prices,

You’ll need to have the confidence NOT to lower your fees the moment a potential client try’s to negotiate…

You’ll need the confidence to walk away from bad customers and turn business away when it’s not a perfect fit for you.

But you’ll never get the confidence you need without doing the background work first…

And in your Recruitment or Search Business… That ‘background work’ comes in the form of MARKETING!

Think about this… it’s nearly impossible to be confident in your business if you don’t know for certain where your next lead or next client is coming from…

How can you possibly ‘risk’ walking away from a potential deal when it could be the only deal you have in the pipeline for that week or that month….

The real key to confidence is having a pipeline FULL of potential clients who want to give you money…

If one says “no”, isn’t a right fit, doesn’t want to pay your fees or the deal doesn’t happen for any other reason… You’ve still got plenty more to fall back on.
