I saw a quote on Facebook a while back that read;
“If your business relies on a random encounter or a sudden big break rather than consistent hard work, it’s already set up to fail.”
… it’s something I agree with, at least partly…

Systems for making the sale,
Systems for winning more repeat business…
Most Recruitment and Search Firm Owners NEVER build these systems and so are unable to get results consistently…
They can’t attract the clients they want when they want,
Don’t get the fees they deserve,
Employ consultant after consultant who under performs and costs the business money,
Work longer and longer hours but for little reward…
