I’ve been lying to myself…
For almost all of my life in one capacity or another…
And I’ve seen the same behaviour in the Recruitment and Search Business Owners I help…

What I’ve noticed is, most people lie about what they’re really committed to…
We say we’re committed to being healthier but then continue eat unhealthy food or get that cheeky takeaway when we know there’s healthy options…
We say we’re committed to our family, kids or other relationships but then constantly take them for granted and put things before them…
We say we’re committed to having a business that creates freedom but instead we allow our clients, projects and the day to day enslave and trap us…
We say we’re committed to growth but constantly prioritise comfort even though we know stepping outside of the comfort zone is where growth happens…
We say we want a business that generates maximum profit but then constantly discount our fees, take our foot off the pedal and neglect key profit levers…
We say we want results in our business but then delay taking action on the things that will get us there….
We’re all big, hairy walking, talking contradictions…
I’m hoping this message has the same impact on you that it did on me…
It pissed me off…
BUT it also stirred something in me that has caused me to step up and decide what I’m REALLY committed to and stop lying to myself…
Success is simple… Decide what you’re committed to, what’s really a priority for you and act accordingly… And that applies to your business profits, business structure, health, relationships and everything in between…
