Recruitment and Search Business Owners said it was “BullSh*t”

The Recruitment and Search Business Owners I speak to didn’t believe me when I said they could book 20+ sales meetings (per fee earner) in 30 days…

And honestly, I don’t blame them… There was a time when I’d find it hard to believe too..

So I walked them through the process and mapped out how it would work… They still didn’t believe it…

So I showed them a few case studies with video evidence…. They still questioned it and whether it would work for them in their market…

But then one after another they started seeing it in their own businesses…

In various markets, various countries, various salary levels…

The proof was there right in front of their eyes…

We’d build a process that consistently booked sales meetings with interested Hiring Managers in their market…

And suddenly, some of my clients were having record sales months and weeks…

Winning more business than they ever had (on retained or exclusive terms)…

More proposals out than they ever had…

More opportunity than they’d ever seen at one time…

Better yet, they were able to do it without picking up the phone to a cold prospect…

I have nothing against cold calling, and I encourage every single one of my clients to use the phone in addition to other methods…

BUT even the very best cold callers would struggle to turn out the same numbers with cold calling alone…

And even if they could, they couldn’t do it consistently because the more success you get with cold calling, the more business you win, the less time you have to spend making calls.

Thats not my opinion it’s just the way it is…

But this system didn’t rely on dialling for dollars…

It didn’t even rely on direct input from the business owner… it just worked.

You perhaps don’t need me to tell you this, but all things being equal…

More sales meetings = More sales…

So if you want more sales, the thing you need to fix first is more sales meetings! Make sense?

If you’re projecting to have any less than 20 sales meeting in the next 30 days (I’m talking about actually sales presentations here to a genuine lead, not a random cold call) you’re marketing is broken is your missing a massive opportunity…
