You may or may not want to hear this but… Some people just aren’t cut out to be Recruitment or Search Firm Owners.
They’re just not cut out to be business owners in general.
They just haven’t got it in them,
They may be very good at what they do,
But it takes a different kind of sauce to be a business owner….
And some people just don’t have it.
It’s not that they can’t change…
It’s just sometimes they choose not to…
They’ll make mistake after mistake without ever learning their lesson.
Choosing to ignore the obvious not matter how many times it slaps them square in the face….
And so eventually, they’ll get swallowed up and eaten alive…
It’s simple…. You’re either the butcher or the cattle!
You can either be apart of the herd that will inevitably, end up slaughtered, cooked, eaten and eventually end up in the rectum waiting to be crapped out and flushed down the toilet…
Or…. You can be the butcher…
They’re the only two choices you have…
And if you want to be taken seriously in this industry you better come to battle with an apron and the biggest, sharpest butchers knife you can find…
