The numbers don’t lie

Want to know the “secret” to predictable growth in your Recruitment or Search Business? 

It all comes down to knowing your numbers and making decisions based on the data you have rather than emotions or “gut feel”…

Most Recruitment and Search Business Owners either don’t have a grasp on their numbers or simply ignore what the data is telling them…

And so every decision is quite frankly a guess based on emotion or gut feel…

Don’t get me wrong, I think there’s a time and place to listen to what your gut is telling you…But doing so without data is STILL reckless in my opinion…

It can lead to setting goals and targets around revenue growth without really understanding what needs to happen in order to hit them…

It can lean to growing your business but without really knowing why and so unable to repeat the process…

It can lead to bad hires, holding on to consultants for too long OR letting them go too soon without ever really understanding what factors are driving their performance…

It can lead to spending too long working on specific areas, sacrificing your freedom and time with your family but STILL not getting the growth you want…

Get a grip of your numbers and listen to what they’re telling you…
