You may already know this,
Especially if you’ve ever had pet fish,
But it’s quite common for them to eat their own eggs.
I’m not sure if it’s all species of fish,
But my eldest son had pet goldfish some years back and I experienced it first hand.
And I’ve heard similar stories from friends too.
I’m sure there is some scientific reason they do it.
(If you know why they do this feel free to enlighten me)
But from the outside looking in, it just looks strange.
Stupid even.
I mean… having kids can be annoying (especially when they get old enough to answer you back). But eating them crosses the line, right?

Ok… So they don’t eat their own babies.
But they do display other strange behaviours that swallow up their profits.
Taking on consultants that should never have even got to interview,
Not firing consultants that are obviously underperforming and costing the business money,
Taking on bad clients who end up treating you like crap,
Lowering their fees just to win business,
