A short while ago I was contacted by a Search Firm Owner who wanted to know how to get more business…
So I spent about 20 minutes showing him what he could do to achieve just that…

“This is all basic stuff”
And he didn’t seem too happy about it…
And he was right…
It was all basic stuff…
Basic stuff that he wasn’t doing in his own business.
Stuff that any Recruitment or Search Firm owner could do if they were willing.

And you’re willing to do it…
Sure, every now and then a new piece of technology or media comes along that puts a very slight slant on the style…
But for the main, as long as you follow the same set of basic rules, you’ll see success…
The problem most Recruitment and Search Firm owners have is, they don’t know what those basic set of principles are…
And even the ones that do know what they are…. Are not willing to do them consistently…
And so, their business plateaus, struggles to grow and they fall well short of their full potential…
