We don’t celebrate job orders

The Recruitment and Search Business Owners I help very quickly learn not to celebrate job orders…

Or more specifically they don’t celebrate job orders UNLESS they’re on retained or at least exclusive terms with a commitment to pay…

Why?

Because they know a job order won is not the same as a job order filled…

And celebrating additional work with no guarantee of additional income is a fast road to disappointment…

Think about it…

It’s like proposing to the man or woman of your dreams, them saying “yes” but then you find out they’ve also said yes to 5 other people earlier in the week…

Would you still celebrate?

And to top if off… they tell you they’ll only actually marry you IF you plan the wedding first before the other 5 manage to plan one…

The emphasis quickly turns from having a quality wedding planned to having the fastest wedding planned…

But the other five people have all had a head start…

Congrats

How many of the job orders you win do you actually fill?

You happy with that number?

For a lot of the Recruitment Business Owners I speak to they spend the majority of the time working on job orders they never get paid for…

The terms you win business on are VITAL to your success as a Recruitment or Search Business Owner…
