Why my mum and dad argued

When I was growing up, my dad had a bad gambling problem…

Every Friday he’d get paid, and every Friday he’d risk his entire wages gambling…

Some weeks he’d win big. And come home with gifts for my mum, four sisters and me…

But most weeks he’d lose, and there would be no gifts…

They’d be no food,

And no money for bills either!

He didn’t seem to think it was a problem…

Every time he lost all his money, my mum would complain, and he’d remind about all the gifts he’d bought her that time a few weeks ago when he won big…

That’s no way to live…

Feast and famine…

And it’s certainly no way to run a successful business…

But I see a similar thing from a lot of Recruitment and Search Firm Owners too

It’s not the gambling. (This is still a problem, but I’ll perhaps talk about that another time)

It’s the feast and famine…

They’ll have no business and so desperately scramble around trying to secure anything they can get their hands on, they win business and spend time delivering. And a few months later they’re back a square one.

Their monthly revenue going up and down like and yo-yo but experiencing no real and consistent growth!

If you’ve ever experienced anything like this before, and you’d like to put a stop to it for good, I strongly urge you to secure your free “Fast-Track To More Clients” Strategy Session with me or one of my team…
