Someone asked me the other day why I thought the majority of Recruitment/Search Business Owners get “stuck” when it comes to growing their business…

Simply doing or getting more of what they already have…

They’ll say things like…

My business would be much better if I had MORE job orders…

I’d fill more of these roles if I could just find MORE candidates…

We have cash flow issues, but things would be better if we could just get MORE money in…

We’d grow faster if we could get MORE clients…

We need to hire another consultant to help us grow

They end up pushing and pushing working themselves to the bone, neglecting family, their health and everything else….

They don’t really need more job orders they need to fill more of the job orders they have or charge higher fees…

They don’t really need more candidates, they need to negotiate better terms with their clients so they can work exclusively and block competitions…

Optimisation is 100x easier, faster and more profitable than going for “more’…
