“Winning isn’t everything”

Vince Lombardi, an American Football player and Coach, is quoted as saying “winning isn’t everything.”

You’ve probably heard it before, even if you didn’t know it’s origin.

Anyway, it’s actually a misquote (sort of) because he then followed it up with “But wanting to win damn sure is.”

And you can quickly see just how badly someone wants to win by their actions, investments and “stretches”.

Especially when it comes to Recruitment and Search Firm Owners.

Most Recruitment and Search Firm Owners are nowhere near where they say they want to be, in most cases simply because they don’t want to be thee bad enough.

They don’t really want to “win” and talk far more ambition than they actually exhibit.
