Pete first found us in August 2019 wanting to learn how to grow his then 1 man Recruitment business…

Before finding us he found himself working with clients who didn’t respect him and tried to mess him around…

Clients who played him off against his competitors trying to get the lowest fee possible…

Spending hours working on contingency job orders only to find out they’d been filled by another firm (effectively working his arse off for nothing!)

And he was sick of it, burnt out, pissed off but KNEW he could do better…

Fast forward a few months to November 2019 and he’d turned things around…Started building his team only working with clients who valued and respected him

Working on exclusive/retained roles that he was guaranteed to get paid for

Revenue rapidly increasing…

Things were almost too easy…

Then early 2020 the pandemic hit and his industry shut down…

Things got put on hold

Forced to juggle family life, child care and running a business etc…

You know the drill!

But he blew it our the park and still doubled his profits in 2020…Not because of luck or anything else… but because he made the right decisions!
