Your last breath

Whatever you think about Grant Cardone, you can’t really argue with the quote above….

And I was reminded of this yesterday during a Q and A session with some of my clients…

A lot of Recruitment and Search Business Owners, and the consultants they employ lack consistency….

Consistency in leads generated,

Consistency in performance,

Consistency in revenue etc…

All of which is fueled by a lack of consistency in BEHAVIOUR…

I’ve seen it all too often,

And even made the mistake myself more times than I care to count…

A Recruitment or Search Business Owners will have a good month, or good quarter,

Celebrate (as they should) but then get comfortable and complacent…

Their work rate and activity drops… And so do the results…

And then next month or next quarter their right back where they started…

“Feast and famine” is a phrase thats all too familiar with Recruiters…

But it’s easily avoided…

Just keep your behaviour as consistent, and the results will follow….
